Meet Dr. Katlyn Fullen
Dr. Fullen is a graduate of West Virginia University where she received her BS degree in Exercise Physiology, with a minor in Biology and her Doctor of Dental Surgery. She then received her Master of Dental Sciences from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and completed her Pediatric Dentistry residency. A member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, Dr. Fullen was awarded the Dr. Robert Sausen Award for Outstanding Public Service.
With a passion for working with children, Dr. Fullen loves meeting them where they are in their dental journey and finds that providing services to help children who are in pain or help with their self-confidence very rewarding. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and their families, being part of their lives, watching them grow and having the opportunity to shape their dental experiences.
Outside of the office, Dr. Fullen can be found taking spin classes, enjoying the lake, hiking, trying new tea flavors and visiting new places. A native of Lewisburg, WV, she feels right at home in Chattanooga with the great hospitality, outdoor activities and beautiful mountains.

“Pediatrics was a natural fit for Dr. Katie Fullen, who has spent most of her life working with children – from after-school programs and summer camps to the Special Olympics. After graduating from pediatric dental reseidency in 2021, Dr. Fullen moved to Chattanooga to join the team at PDOC. “Being at PDOC and in Chattanooga is a dream come true,” she shares. “I am so excited to be able to help welcome patients into our PDOC family and make sure they feel right at home.”
